Whether a quick snack for late night feedings, on the go, energy boost or eve...n to help aid with lactation supply. They are a great postpartum treat for any new parents you may know. . . Here’s the recipe for these Banana-Choco Lactation Balls . . 1 cup Oatmeal 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1 tsp Vanilla 1 mashed banana 1/3 cup Honey or Agave nectar 1/2 cup Peanut or Almond Butter 1 Tbsp chia seeds 2/3 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup Ground Flax seed Chocolate chips *Optional Brewers yeast . Mix all together. 30 mins in fridge. Roll into balls.
