There are no official off leash areas in Guelph. Many places have signs saying dogs must be leashed and having your dog off leash in these areas is a threat to those trying to walk reactive dogs. I understand that your dog is friendly but that doesn't mean the one that I'm walking is. Please, be aware of other people and leash your dog when approaching people and dogs you don't know.
