According to stats Canada, in 2017, 11.6%of Canadian teens age 12-17 years, 23....3% age 18-34 years, 27.5% age 35-49 years, and 25.6% age 50-60 years perceived life stress, most days quite a bit or extremely stressful Today ‘We and The World Centre’ organized a workshop on Mental and Emotional Wellness in St. John’s Cultural Centre, Edmonton, Canada with Laurie Young and Ramon Flores from Alberta Health Services (AHS) and support of Edmonton Multicultural Coalition (EMC).
