As we continue to navigate the current situation, we are focused on keeping a positive mindset and look forward to having all our teams, athletes, and clients back inside the gym when possible. As difficult as it maybe just know it can always be worse. Don’t stop working on getting better and getting stronger as the day will come when it’s time to get back at it and you will want to be ready and glad you stayed the course. Take ownership for your development during this tim...e and be sure to hold yourself accountable for pushing forward. Some days can be tougher than others and that’s ok as long as as you continue to make progress each week. There is so much you can do from home and if you have any questions or need any assistance feel free to DM us and we can assist. We also have a FREE zoom class every Saturday 10am that you can join for a killer 45 minute full body weight workout. Stay Positive, Stay Health and most of all Stay Fit!!
