With an insatiable passion for life and learning, I am never one to narrow my focus to one thing. The title Wellness Worker encapsulates my desire to assist everyone to live their best life right up to their last day. I draw from thirty years of yoga and meditation practice and fitness training, ten of teaching, thirteen years bringing comfort and healing through a powerful blend of bodywork traditions, and a lifetime of bringing to others the supreme emotional and spiritual ...highs that music has given me. With training in Holistic Massage, Thai Massage, Thai Medical Theory, Acupressure, Soundwork, Trager Psychophysical Integration, QiGong, Reiki, Craniosacral and yoga instruction, I blend a multitude of tools to bring healing on many levels. I have skills and resources to bring peace and meaning to the End of Life as a Death Doula. Through the pandemic, my Zoom yoga classes have brought community together to keep fit, sane and supple. Let’s not squander a moment of this wild, wonderful, at times challenging ride! I can help you find your peak comfort in body, peace of mind and a happy heart. Whether you need to relieve pain, energize, or relax and be soothed, I have a unique set of therapeutic tools to help.
