Next Healthy Living Lunch and Learn is Thursday, November 17 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at the Allan and Jean Millar Centre. This week’s topic is Back Care. This is a free session but registration is required just call the Allan and Jean Millar Centre at 780-778-3637 to sign up.

The Whitecourt Healthy Living Program's goal is to help postpone, prevent and manage the onset of chronic conditions through exercise and education. The program is facilitated by Physiotherapy staff, Kinesiologist, dietitian,chronic disease nurse and many other healthcare professionals Participants take part in classes twice a week for 8 weeks. You do not need a referral from a physician to attend the program.
