Hockey Street Tournament

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! only 2 weeks late lol. We'll be posting our 2019 event schedule on our website here shortly, ... along with our 2020 projected schedule as well. We do have a couple other centres interested in hosting a Hockey Street event, but we'll let them finalize their details before posting. Registration information, venues, and details will be uploaded here soon on website and FB page. STAY TUNED FOR MORE!

No sooner than we post about great things to come, ... and we received confirmation from a NEW location wanting to host their 1st Hockey Street tournament! We can't say where ... ok, it's in BC, ... but that's all for now. We'll post official release here soon!

More sponsor meetings over next 2 - 3 weeks, ... plus updates for the Hockey Street Hawaii tournament next February '19! Wow ... great things to come!

UPDATE ... after much deliberation from our end amongst our directors, it was decided to re-schedule the Edmonton tournament to next year's time (1st weekend of June), at the tournament's traditional and original time. It was an unfortunate decision that had to be made, and the 2 primary reasons were that ice hockey tryouts and practices, and indoor soccer were simply coming into too much conflict. Having a 20 - 30 team tournament would certainly have been great, but imagine ...having 200 to 300 teams! We entertained schedule requests too, but when it started to exceed 20 teams, it became a scheduling nightmare. Additionally, our number of sponsors was starting to exceed the # of teams ... lol ... and we wanted to allow for more time and prep for them, particularly after everyone coming back from busy summer vacations, etc.. This way we'll be able to engage MORE sponsors and will allow for more vendors to jump on board ... all of which will only benefit teams and players! Our sincerest apologies for anyone who has already registered (you'll be receiving a seperate email from the office in regards to refunds) and was looking forward to next weekend. We promise you all the 2019's tourney WILL be one for the ages!

Tournament update ... our HOCKEY STREET directors have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you the next TWO tournaments happening in the next 6 months. One will be happening overseas (you already know where) ... it's really warm there ... AND also our 1st winter tournament. STAY TUNED FOR MORE!
