Our first Sound Bath Healing Meditation was such a success that we're going to be hosting another, and hopefully making it a monthly offering! It was such a magical experience to be submersed in the various sounds and music made by the talented Kathryn. I was fully able to release into the meditation and felt so relaxed after and had the best sleep! What is a Sound Bath? ... Sound healing is an ancient form of meditation using vibrational sound frequencies. These frequencies help relax the nervous system and release suppressed emotions as well as increase our vibrational energy. A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience where you essentially 'bathe' in the sound waves produced by the instruments such as chimes, drums, singing bowls, and others. All that is required is an open heart to receiving the healing powers of sound.
