Who started a new workout program this week?!

For those who don't know, I took on an 8 week virtual running event with Heritage Community Fitness Centre that started Tuesday this week! : I needed something to keep my mind and body healthy during the pandemic and I've always wanted to learn to run. : Today was day three, but the second time running.... I only ran an extra 5 min, but holy mother F'er, it was way harder fusho! : I am a lash extensions stylist full-time and run kickboxing and Butt&Gutt part time. Everytime I start to get tired, I'd curse myself for all those hours of lashing and decided I was way too tired to go to the gym to work myself out and not just others! Hahaha, oh what a slippery slope : You'd think 7 hours of sitting on your ass applying lash extensions wouldn't be tiring, but it is! : It takes precision, steady hands, constant focus, impeccable eye/hand co-ordination etc! : for the past 6-8 months I didn't practice what I preached...I let myself slip.... : BUT, I'm human and like I would tell my fitness clients, pick yourself up, make a plan, and get your ass moving. : #hollywoodglamourlashes #couchto5k #heritagefitness #hollywoodfitcarletonplace #carletonplace #ontario #thefitlashartist See more
