Customers wanted to get rid of the yellow and go with something a little more modern & clean. The orignal gum wood really pops with the new colour (Benjaminmoore AF-680)

These were pretty severely damaged steps with gouges on most steps, some as deep as 1/8". We used Varathane Nano Defence as our Clear which has a quick 2 hour dry time & holds up well against pets and heavy traffic.
