When I first suspected that we may have contracted COVID 19 I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed..ashamed...dirty even? But I soon decided that we have no need to feel like we have to keep a dirty secret . We have been living in a worldwide pandemic for over 12 months now and it was inevitable without being vaccinated that we would one day get it . Did we wear masks out in public places - of course. Are we clean?! Of course . Were we sensible and follow covid safety guideline...s? Of course . Do we know where we got it? The simple answer is NO. How can we possibly know? .... Did Will pick it up and is asymptomatic and we didn’t know ? Paul and I have both had to work throughout Covid ... did we pick it up working? Did we get it going to the Grocery Store or the Home Hardware Store ... The fact is, it doesn’t matter how.... no one is to blame . All that matters is we have it and we battle it. The reason I chose to go public about this is not for sympathy but because a) I don’t want to feel I have a dirty secret b) so people can ask me anything they are interested to know about COVID and it’s symptoms and how we are handling it and c) so I can show you guys that anyone can get covid right now ... so please do your thing and stay at home during these next few weeks and stay safe as this sucks . # COVID SUCKS #F.U COVID Thank you for everyone’s kind messages and deliveries and love.
