Out doing some bush work today and I was a bit short handed so I got a new recruit.

When you are looking for it, you can’t find it. When it’s too late - well, there it is. A puff ball past its prime. Maybe next year.

Like a true maple syrup producer, Terry takes time to walk through the bush to check the lines, see any wind damage etc. during the off-season. I caught a few pictures and my only comment - this is not, I repeat not the recommended footwear.

Someone, or something has a prime piece of real estate in our bush and seems to be settling in quite nicely. You never know what you may come across when going for a walk in the bush. Nature is quite amazing.
