PRE-ORDERS for January 8th Meet Jack-Jack! He’s super laid back with a hint of sour just at the end. Mild but tangy and really well balanced for an 10-month-old starter! Perfect for grilled cheese, toasted with jam or warmed up with butter and fleur-de-sel (I love the Maldon sea salt flakes from the Italian Centre Shop Calgary) Pre-orders only & limited quantities ... Each loaf is just over a pound, made with whole wheat, rye and bread flour, salt, water and starter. No additives, no commercial yeast. Orders in by Monday, pick-up Fridays in Acadia $7 per loaf A huge thank you to everyone for your support thus far. I love weddings big weddings, small weddings and while covid has created some challenges, it’s created some beautiful opportunities to spoil guests just a little bit more. This very special day cake is a mini tier - perfect for a small winter wedding, paired with individual guest cakes. The bottom 4 tiered cake is made of 3-layers of black chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache, while the top 2.5 tier is layers of soft chocolate brownie also filled with chocolate... ganache and finished with vanilla Swiss buttercream. Individual 2 mini cakes are layers of decadent black chocolate cake filled with ganache and styled to match the bride and groom cake. Finding joy in 2020 has sometimes been such a challenge.
