A walk outside with a hot tea in a thermos You will note-I haven't included food or alcohol treats here (for the obvious reasons)-- treating yourself with food is fun, but sometimes we default to it wayyyyy too easily and we lose sight of the more quality ways we can treat ourselves. If you are with a loved one the same can be true-- snacking and movies are a fun go-to, but choosing this ALL THE TIME is not in-line with our goal of a healthy body, or the most healthy relationship. You see, you can do any of the list above for the human you love too. The quality of life that you are looking for is all rolled up in the moments that we take to create the experiences we want!
