Look at my beautiful cousin Olga! She had fuller brows in the inner corner of her eyes but barely any hair on the outside, her beautiful eyes were not framed so I did henna to fill the outside edges and created a nice shape to frame her eyes. I also threaded away excess hair... it made her hazel eyes look more green. I Love it!!!
