Here is a nice little landline workout I did (works well with 1 DB as well). Pick a weight you can do all movements with and do them consecutively all on the one side after completing the twists change sides/arms and do them in the reverse order. I chose: ... S/A Press Reverse Lunge S/A Row Squat Russian Twists 10x each 5 sets Remember once you complete the twists it’s SQUATS first then Rows etc....
