The infinity symbol is the representation for and reminder of my ever growing abilities to be in the ebb and flow of life. To awaken my consciousness to those moments in my day and life to graciously accept and recieve from others, life and universe. Today's Feature Healer Horse VALOUR OR VALOR His name means courage and he was definitely Spirit led... to find his way here to our healing herd was definitely a journey home for this deeply intuitive, heart driven horse.... Valor was a stallion up until his arrival here. And his stallion presence caused quit a stir in the herd at the begining. He was open to learning how to Be and Own his medicines with guidence from myself as to what was expected to be part on the healing herd. And still honor him in his full Spirit Led Leader Energy he is... He came from a lot of trauma and near death past. Our pets have a purposeful place on our path of healing and growth. They mirror for us what can be healed. They support us unconditionally. They are the truest form of unconditional love, support and faithful companionship. They swear to and keep top secret confidentiality to our deepest truths and secrets. Through thick and thin our pets are our 1st responders. Did you know though you need to tell them to not hold onto your stuff. Because they to, like humans can get sick i...f they are the personality that wants to take care of you no matter what. Tell your pet how grateful you are for them, tell them all your truths, pains and dreams and remember to tell them that you've got this and that they dont have to take on your stuff. Our pets all have roles to play in our lives the same as the humans do in our lives. But it is not their roles to take it on, nor try to fix it. Conscious caregiving of our companion pets is a thing... They help mirror to us what needs to heal, alot of times us humans project our woundedness and broken hearts onto our pets unconsciously. Emotions are Energy and we are to be responsible of our own emotions. Thank your pets and give them the job you want them to have while their in your life. And be clear of your roles for each other. Expectations and Responsibilities for both of you in the relationship dynamic between you must be clear. We will likley have many pets in our life times and we all know our pets have shorter life spans than humans. The calling of My Roots are showing up everywhere... WOW SO POWERFULL

Morning Meditation With the Cows I started with a earth mantra on my mala beads. The cows came up to investigate, circling around and smelling me. They began to gather around me first standing then as I deepened my meditation silently they began to lay down one by one. All around me. Some got up and moved to graze and pretty soon almost the whole herd was laying down with one remaining behind me the whole time. I ended with a prayer and enjoyed the peace, calm and sounds of ...them chewing cud and relaxing. So awesome even in the strong winds. I love the farm. I'm so blessed and grateful. See more

She would say the dragonfly brings great medicine wherever he goes. The dragonfly is the eagle of the insect nation and the chief messenger of the Wind Spirits/Gods. The dragonfly is also great war medicine as it represents illusion, the dragonfly was used to confuse enemies in battle. The dragonfly had the power of speed and warriors paint...ed him on war shields because the dragonfly had a special power that allowed it to evade hailstones, so it would make them invincible in battle with the quickness to evade arrows and in later times bullets. The great tusweca also represents transformation but always a good change, from negative to positive. Where you find the dragonfly there is happiness and they were also painted on tipi covers to ward off danger and injury. There was an old medicine man who would use ashes to draw a dragonfly on the injured part of his patients and they would start to heal right away. He would say the dragonfly is a healer insect, he is a medicine man of the insect nation and has many healing powers. The dragonfly also knows the mysteries and secrets of the Winds and Wakinyan. The direction of the dragonfly is the west. The old medicine men who had passed on he said sometimes came to him in the form of dragonfly's, they are protectors of the ceremonies too, he would say.
