I know "duck" tape is great for many things. In this case someone's angry neighbour found it useful as a survey line for the property...until it rains...

Here's one of the nicest homes I've inspected to date. This home was built by the Spencer Family 120 years ago. It was Princess Diana's great uncle who built the home. Look closely and you will see the family crest above the door. Perfect day for this one.

On a cold April morning, testing one of these hot tubs is sooooo nice.

Over the years I have inspected some homes which have been owned by celebrities and homes that have historical significance. This one that I inspected today was the former home of Nathan Phillips. Yup the guy they named Nathan Philips Square in Toronto with... nice home !
