No Fuss, No Muss! Island Gold Pure Unpasteurized Creamed Honey is created by taking our pure honey, adding a portion of creamed honey from a previous batch and chilling while slowly stirring for several days. Next, we hand bottle these small batches and refrigerate for several more days. We also save a portion to "seed" our next batch. An amazing characteristic of honey is it will replicate the rounded honey crystals of the seed added. The result is a smooth, mess-free spreadable honey that tastes great on your favorite bread, biscuit or in your tea!
