Business is still going, however being conducted very differently than what you all are used to seeing. We are still working, showing, listing but please be patient with us as we now have different protocols to follow. Everything will be done to keep our buyers and sellers as safe as possible from this horrible virus. You will be asked to sign disclosures, and questionnaires before you enter any home or before we let anybody enter your home. You will be asked to wear gloves (we will provide, please advise if you have any latex allergies in advance).. Often tenanted properties will refuse entry, and that is ok, they are doing what they need to do to keep themselves and their families safe. Thankfully, the market is still moving, homes are still selling, buyers are still buying, lawyers are still closing deals (but maybe through alternative methods ie. phone conferencing and dropping off keys in secured mail slots), which is why precautions have become so necessary during this pandemic. Although coyotes do not typically approach humans, they will approach family pets and small animals if given the opportunity. It is advised to keep dogs leashed while out walking and ensure cats remain indoors from dusk to dawn when coyotes are most active. As a safety precaution, be aware of all surroundings when out walking. What to do if you encounter a coyote: keep your distance, and the animal will most likely avoid you never approach or touch a wild animal do not turn your back or run from a wild animal back away from the animal while remaining calm stand tall, wave your hands, and make lots of noise carry a flashlight at night if a wild animal poses an immediate threat or danger to public safety call 911 Coyote concerns and sightings are addressed by the Ministry of Natural Resources, which can be reached toll-free at 1-800-667-1940.
