As Apple's slowing sales in China highlight, there might be problems brewing in the Chinese economy. And, as the article below highlights, China's real estate market seems to be in the middle of a real estate bubble. Perhaps money that would have gone into that market would come here instead .. or, perhaps money lenders in China may face difficulties and restrict all lending, including to those who would come and invest here in Canada's real estate market.
