Wellness is not just about eating your veggies and meditating. There’s so much to consider when looking at mental and physical health. And this list is not complete! Hormone health, financial security, sleep, hydration So, where do you begin? ... Personally, I get overwhelmed with where to start, which keeps me from doing anything at all. I’ve learned that I need to make sure the basics are in place (nutrition, sleep, movement) before I can explore the other factors. I spend time thinking about what is coming up the most and make appointments to work on that one thing. Then the next. Then the next. Each time forgiving myself for not doing it earlier, for making mistakes while I was in an overwhelmed state, for putting others needs before mine. What factors are impacting your wellness? Dr. Jen
