Jigsaw Casting is seeking Babies and their parent(s) who are/were patients of SickKids NICU or another Hospital for a Huggies Campaign. We are also looking for parents, and their baby, who have an emotional story to tell. We want to capture very real and emotional heart-to-hearts, and skin-to-skin hugs, that happen between parents and their baby in the SickKids NICU. We want this to feel authentic and tug at heartstrings. Often babies in the NICU are kept separate from their ...parents, so the limited time a parent can spend with their baby is even more precious and important. We are looking for a mix of 3-5 parents and their baby, who are about to be discharged, or have been recently discharged, from SickKids Hospital. Babies should be about 8-months or younger and be on the road to recovery. Or, we are looking for parents, and their baby, who have an emotional story to tell. Open to all backgrounds, female and male as well as LGBTQIA+ parents. These babies had a rough start on life whether they were born too early or with health complications - but they’re fighters and they’re healthier now. These parents have been through a rollercoaster of emotions, but they are hopeful and optimistic about their little one’s future, and the future of their family. Please note: Parents must be comfortable showing some skin while giving skin-to-skin hugs to their baby on camera. Skin-to-skin will be shown in a tasteful way. Parents will be asked to speak on camera to their babies in their own words.
