As always be careful, if it doesn't look right it probably isn't. Always check the email they are coming from. If it is not familiar you are probably looking at spam/phishing email. Hello everyone. This is a good awareness of the various ways hackers use social engineering to steal information. Please be aware.

I would like to advise people that recently there has been an influx of ads on Facebook and other pages purporting to have fantastic deals on various products such as computers, drones and other items. In order to ensure that these are not just another scam first think, " is this too good to be true? ". If you are not sure there are websites out there to help you as well give an idea whether or not a site is indeed a scam. The one I use is www.scamadviser.com . Remember be safe out there. There are indeed legitimate sites that offer amazing deals, but if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't. Be safe out there.

I was unsure if I was capable to ride this weekend as I have not been on a bike yet this year, and I am not in the best of shape. But this is too important, The message regarding mental illness needs to be put out there. Many of us suffer silently and that should not happen, if you have a cut your knee you get it bandaged.
