Soooo tender, you saw the video, it pulled apart like a slow roasted pulled pork! Only it was half frozen pork chops cooked in 30 minutes . I used the ceramic pot to cook the mashed potatoes in half a cup of milk and my God, they were the most flavorful and creamy potatoes ever!
