4 week meditation immersion After recent reflections, I have been inspired to create a 4 week group for anyone who is looking to begin a meditation practice or become more intentional with their current practice. We will commit to daily meditations for 4 weeks and we will meet once a week virtually to discuss how our process is going, new insights, and concepts/techniques.... This is much more than just developing a meditation practice, this is a journey into yourself, a commitment that will have ripple effects into all areas of your life. You will receive clarity, learn how to listen to your intuition, learn how to trust yourself and broaden your awareness. I will provide meditations as well as some introspective exercises. All with the intention of allowing you to create internal space to receive the guidance and wisdom that comes from within. This will begin Wednesday, June 5.
