The hardship of late night eating About 4 weeks ago I found myself struggling with late night eating Without even realizing it I was going back for a second, sometimes even a third serving of my greek yogurt and peanut butter ... Once in awhile is one thing BUT, to be doing it on a consistent basis is another The problem with this was I found myself not sleeping as well and even worse I felt like shit in the AM It left me feeling blah because I know my energy wasn’t where it should be in the morning I made a post about doing an 8 week cut to drop some body fat and get my energy levels back to where I want them to be So I decided to make some minor adjustments to my food intake and held myself accountable to sticking to my meal plan 4 weeks later and I’m happy with my progress Down 6.8lbs, looking leaner and most importantly I’m feeling a lot more energized and not snacking nearly as much as I was This post just proves that we all deal with struggles, and in a lot of different ways Its never to late to make a change to your lifestyle! My client Aaron and myself have been working together for six weeks now halfway through my 12 week program Aaron struggled with self-confidence out of anything else Before working with me he went to the gym, has a baby boy and puts 45 hours in a week at work...
