Hey everyone ! Just though I'd pop on here to share some new guidelines and protocols that I will be updating regularly to keep us all safe. Thank you so much for all of your support and patience. Things are new for us all and I am going to be working around the clock to get you all in! Salon Procedures We cannot except any late clients due to built in time for disinfecting before and after appointments... You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are feeing ill. Guests are asked to wait outside the door of the salon and wait to be let in, I will open it when I'm ready for you. I am not able to let anyone in the waiting room at this time. No magazine's or beverages available at this time, feel free to bring your own. You will be asked to sanitize when entering and before leaving. Face masks are mandatory, please bring your own or one can be provided ($3.00) the ones with ear loops that are stretchy are best for hair services. No face shields or tie around ear ones please. Keep in mind that for color service's you may get color on them, so don't bring your favourite one. Shampoo services are available with no talking due to closeness. No waxing or facial hair trimming at this time due to closeness. Please come alone to service , no additional guests or children at this time. And lastly if you have travelled in the last two weeks before your appointment or have been in contact with anyone that is positive for COVID-19 I cannot except you until your quarantine stage is over. These rules are as hard for us to do as they are as hard for you to read! But they are put into place for utmost comfort and security for everyone. This is all new territory for us all but we feel confident things will continue to progress in the right direction! Again, thank-you for all of your patience and support! Covid-19 Update Due to all the changes and new guidelines, I have been closed and will be closed until April 13th at this time. This date may change again in the upcoming days pending announcements from our government. I have made the difficult decision to cancel all appointments people had and to start from a clean slate. I will be calling all clients IN ORDER of past appointments to present to reschedule. It's only fair to the clients who have been waiting through the ...closure. I will also be eliminating the chance for two people to be in the salon at once the best that I can during this pandemic, to cut down on any contact and allow for disinfecting measures to be put into place in between each client. This has been a very hard month for me, my business and I'm sure all of you. Thank-you for your patience and understanding. Due to Doug Ford's latest statement I am going to be closed for at least two weeks and due to open again on April 6. Unfortunately this date may change, but I am considered a non-essential business and everyone has to do their part to slow the curve. For anyone who had appointments with me during this time or scheduled appointments for in the future please contact me by text with your previous appointment days and your new requests and we can try and get back on track. I realize this is a very difficult time but if we all do our part we will come out stronger. Thank-you to everyone for your understanding.
