Here is a little story about our new instructor @jaime.olexan_keenan.yoga I discovered yoga as a young University student and was immediately drawn to the practice because it involved bare feet and blankets! As my knowledge of yoga expanded over the years, so did my self awareness and my ability to self soothe in a chaotic world. My yoga journey eventually led me to teaching where I have found a passion for sharing all aspects of yoga with my students. I enjoy weaving breathwork, meditations and education of all aspects of yoga into my classes. My goal is that you leave the studio with a sense of peace, and with knowledge of how to bring yourself back to calm in between classes! I’m looking forward to our yoga journey together namaste.
