I am screenshotting it as it likely will never have this past year of events to create THESE numbers again. Covid shut down real estate for Mar/Apr/May 2020. Sales were very low -- so now they are brisk and throwing these numbers way out of normal. Look at the prices year over year for an indicator or market. Prices are up in ALL sectors, though detached homes are increasing the fastest. People want SPACE, a HOME OFFICE has become critical, acreages are having some of their best years for sales. What is important for you in 2021?
