They've recently opened in Richmond and serving fresh Tonkatsu and all their sauces are freshly made in-house. You can really tell that the kitchen staff work hard to make the best quality food especially because their pork is cured with the Rice bread for 62 hours!! I love the assortment of Himalayan Pink Salt, Worcester Sauce and Tonkotsu Sauce to dip the hot breaded pork loin and if you haven't had the Cheese Katsu you absolutely must try it here! I was very keen to try the Hiyashi (Cold) Ramen, made with bonito extract, as it was a really hot day and we were sweating a lot this day so it was incredibly refreshing to have this dish. Though you absolutely must try the Cheese Katsu, you will be MISSING OUT if you don't order the House Made Japanese Curry.
