I am the type of photographer who wants to give more I want to organize a Photo Day with mini sessions, but I understand that you can get the maximum result and emotions only from a full-fledged photo session in one and a half or two hours. Firstly, because this time is enough to try several outfits, locations and ideas. And I always want to make a bigger and more intense photoset so that as a result you get more different frames.... Secondly, an hour is the required minimum, during which you will relax and get used to the camera. We take all the best pictures by the end of the first hour of the photo session because you already begin to fully trust me and understand without words. For example, these photos were taken in the last 20 minutes of the photo session and I love them very much Are you in favor of quick or longer photo shoots? See more

Beautiful sunset photos in the house can be taken even if there are thick clouds outside the window Yes, you can add water droplets to the glass to create the effect of a rain-wet window. And on a cloudy day, you can add a little sun! I was afraid that it would not be natural, but it turned out great. Who would have guessed that this is not a real sun, huh? While there is no sun outside, let's create warmth and coziness at home. I bring the sun to your homes professio...nally Yes, yes, this is how I invite you to the photo session. If you postponed, now is the time. I still have free slots during the week and on weekends in April and May #ana_about_photo See more

Have you ever thought that anything can be a decoration for a photo? I don't like it when photographs are taken in studios with unnatural decor or even with a printed background. It's horrible. How can you be real, alive in a photo, if you have an empty lifeless picture behind you? Therefore, the best decorations for me are those in which we live, which we use. These are restaurants, city streets, our houses. If you are in your kitchen, it is natural for you to take your favorite glass in your hands or start preparing something. And at this moment I can catch the real you in the frame. Isn't that wonderful?

How I love to play with reflections! It's incredibly interesting how the reflection on the glass affects the photograph and its mood. Imagine that there could be raindrops on this window. This creates coziness and atmosphere in one second. I dream that someday I will have such a photo, so it's time to monitor the rains Although... a lot of things in the photo can be created with your own hands And I will prove it to you very soon!... While enjoy cute @jessicaamfrey in the @tireshackbrewing window See more

Photoshoot at home I showed you what kind of photoshoot I did at home for myself. You can see in the Highlights how we all shot, how I prepared and what the result was. I'm shooting a home photo session this week. And I'm incredibly inspired! In my home country I have not seen as many beautiful and cozy houses as in Canada. There are so many spacious living and dining rooms, large windows and natural light. In such conditions, I can do an incredible photo session (especi...ally if you want to update your family photo album ) What am I talking about? I want to hint that I have a lot of free slots for the weekend to do beautiful photoshoots at home. Especially when we consider that the weather is not particularly warm #ana_about_photo See more

Which photo do you like more? I love the moments when everything happens perfectly. So it was with this photo session: 1. Idea 2. Jessica said yes... 3. I found a very atmospheric bar 4. We come to the bar and make Wednesday morning very special Muse: Jessica Lavish & Rose Location: Tire Shack Brewing Co. I fell in love with your interior Even if we are doing a business photoshoot, why not dilute it with a glass of beer? You can be different in different situations. Why don't try something new?

So many plans and ideas Slowly I'm starting to get used to running this English blog. Although, to be honest, this is difficult for me. But now I have so much inspiration that I want to share my future plans. Next month will be a bomb First, this photo was taken a couple of days ago. I have recorded a video that I will share with you soon and tell you what it is like to start a business in a new country.... Second, I'm going to have a lot of experiments with the style of photography. Yes, soon you will see everything in my creative photoshoots. Third, I start to study in April. The course will be 2 months, and I already look forward to how interesting it will be. Fourth, I have conceived a charity project with an animal shelter, I will tell you all about it soon. And fifth, I have a photo-day in mind. Insanely beautiful, insanely atmospheric at @ladysmithmanor And of course, I want to shoot a lot. I have some spots for April, just write me Did you know that photoshoots can be done not only in nature or Airbnb? See more

A bad photographer can not only ruin your mood, but also lower your self-esteem I don't know if there is such a phenomenon in Canada, but in Russia it definitely exists. It so happens that the photographer can assess the client's appearance incorrectly, throw out a critical remark that was not asked about. Or it is not enough to communicate politely and overstep the boundaries of what is permissible. Tell me, have you met such a phenomenon in Canada? Have you had a bad ...experience with a photographer that you will never go to again? Can you tell us your story? In any case, I want to give some tips on how to choose a photographer, so that you are more likely not to be mistaken and remain happy with the photoshoot: 1. Look at his work. What kind of people are in his photos? Sad or happy, sexy or funny, open or closed. Think, do you want such photos for yourself? 2. Look at the personality of the photographer. I propose to look at how he behaves in social networks, how he speaks, how he shows himself. It is important that you are comfortable with the person. As he speaks with the camera of the phone, the same way he speaks with the client. 3. Chat with the photographer before the photoshoot. Write down your expectations and concerns. And see how the photographer reacts to you. If he will support you, then everything is fine. If his answer is not very comfortable for you, then perhaps this is not your person. #ana_about_photo See more

The first thing a person pays attention to when looking at a portrait is the eyes Have you noticed this? When I select photos, I always look at what emotions play in the eyes. And the happier the eyes, the more I like the portrait.... By the way, now I have started giving shots to clients so that they themselves can choose the photos for editing that they like best. This simplifies my agony of choice and gives the client the opportunity to decide for himself. But as the practice has shown, my people choose the same shots that I would choose myself. This means that we are on the same wavelength #ana_about_photo See more

I already feel the spring Yesterday I ran out of the car in a light jacket, and the air was fresh but warm. Spring air, it's hard for me to find other epithets Spring has always been associated with femininity, lightness, and freedom And you?

Do you like minimalistic shots? I noticed that when I began to see beauty in detail, my photos began to look more interesting and atmospheric Have a great weekend friends

The photographer takes pictures of himself The photographer conveys through photography how he sees the world and the people around him. Therefore, my photographs turn out exactly as I am. The photographs of me show movements, emotions, happiness. And this is exactly the side of you that I will show when I photograph you.... That is why not only my works were and will be here, but also photographs of me. Because 100% of the result depends on how much we can find a common language and how much you like me as a person. #ana_about_photo See more

The key to a good photo session Now I will speak not from the point of view of a photographer, but from the point of view of a model who very often does photo sessions for herself If I have a good creative mood, then a 100% photo will turn out quickly and easily. For example, this photo was taken only 20 times and they were all great. And all because I knew exactly what I wanted to get, and the mood that day was at its best... If I'm lazy and don't know what I want to shoot, then I don't like the final result. Emotions in the photo do not look natural. Therefore, I do not take pictures of me if I am not in the mood. For the photo session to go well, I need to prepare myself: I look at the references (examples of photos and poses that I want to repeat) I bring myself to a resourceful state (take a shower, do makeup and hair styling, and think about outfits for a photo in advance) I eat (although if I want photo with an open belly, it's probably better not to overeat) Do you have your own life hacks for photo shoots? Photoshoot at home There are incredibly beautiful houses in Canada! Before, I didn't have a space at home where I could take photos. It was dark, often old w...allpaper and furniture and not much atmospheric decor. And now I can take a picture at home anywhere. What I do to get different photos every time at home: I am looking for beautiful home decor. A simple painting on the wall, a mug, shelf, flower, or even a pillow on the sofa can add coziness and atmosphere. When I find a mirror of my dreams, I will be absolutely happy. I save the frames that I like. When I look at them, a picture is born in my head, how I can use this idea in my home, and I embody it. For this, Pinterest helps a lot. I follow bloggers and photographers whose work I like and keep my ideas on board by the same principle. I mix my clothes together. I have a modest wardrobe, but most of it I can wear with each other. It turns out a different mood and different photos. In my opinion, in our time, photographing at home is a great way out. You can take pictures of yourself, have family members take pictures of you, or use the timer. Or you can organize such a photo session with a photographer. When we return to the yellow phase, I will gladly take a picture of you at your home #ana_about_photo See more

How is your 2021 going? I think every photographers, like me, has less work outside the home. For a month now I have a persistent feeling that holidays at school has begun, when you can stay at home. But I don't go to school already 8 years. Therefore, I try to redo all the affairs and plans that are not related to filming to the maximum, so that later I can completely immerse myself in new projects. All January I have been trying to update the site. Or rather, complete...ly redo it so that my work in food photography, and work for brands and stores, and client photography can be seen separatly. By the way, I think about changing the approach to client shooting closer to summer. I also try to create shots as much as possible within the home. Now we have so many beautiful corners that I want to photograph. A little more and my house will become a photo studio Plus, my husband is constantly training video shooting skills on me, and I try on new outfits. Like at this photos Surprisingly, I managed to almost completely renew my setup for shooting. Now a very cool flash has arrived, which means I can do unreal things in photo sessions! Can't wait Well, the rest of the time I'm trying to learn. I improve my language, knowledge in stylistics and in the organization of shootings, in processing and doing business. I think that just shooting is not enough to give a great result to the client. And how are you? Colleagues photographers, what are you doing? Or is it not so difficult situation at your place now and you are actively shooting? See more

Winter photo ideas in Covid time Yes, now we have a little fewer entertainments and reasons to leave the home. But I know of one entertainment that can be absolutely safe - a photo session. They always pull me out of a sad mood. That is why I want to offer you some ideas. Photo in the park. It is very easy to keep a safe distance in nature. Plus, if there are no other people around except the masked photographer, it becomes very safe. In an hour or two, you will have... time to play snowballs, lie in the snowdrifts, and just enjoy the fresh air. Or have a picnic Photo in the city. Have you seen how deserted the streets are now? Why not take advantage of this? We arrived in one of the districts of the city and took a few photos with beautiful houses in the background. In these frames, the photographer was 10 meters away from me. So this is a great option. You can just walk, or sit on the stairs (I want such a photo so much time), or drink hot coffee. It's easy but looks natural and cozy. Photo walk with an animal. It doesn't matter where, but you can take your pet and take a picture with him while you walk. These shots are always very warm and happy. I hope my shots will inspire you for a photo session. And if you want me to make beautiful winter shots for you - write to me on the direct See more

Professional Photographer Vs Smartphone Camera Honestly, I was very surprised to see a lot of cool cafes and restaurants that don't use professional photos to show their food. At best, most restaurants use a photo taken with a smartphone camera. In the worst case - a photo from the stock. Why won't both options sell your dish to the clients?... Because a phone camera (even a very good one) will not convey depth, shades, saturation, and taste like professional photos. And the second option will generally sell someone else's food, the client will not want to buy dessert from you again if he did not receive what he expected. Well, you can compare the result in the carousel on a very good smartphone camera (I have a Pixel) and on a camera with professional light. Do you see the difference? See more
