Here are some of the protocols you will see in place! our temp hours are: Monday/Wednesday 8-7 Tuesday/Thursday 8-4... patients will be asked to call the clinic prior to entry for pre-screening questions. (every appointment!) patients will only be allowed in the clinic at their appointment time. masks are highly recommended but not required. patients are asked to use automatic door openers to enter the clinic. patients are required to use hand sanitizer provided by clinic upon entry and exit. Today, the Ministry of Health announced that physiotherapists in Ontario can return to work provided they are compliant with operational requirements. We have been working diligently over the past few months to implement these requirements so we would be ready for you when this day came - and it’s here! Our official reopen date is Monday, June 1st. In the office you will notice:... Hand sanitation stations. Physical distancing markers where necessary. Plexiglass at our reception. Screening procedures. Face masks. Increased sanitation and disinfecting of all furniture, tables and surfaces. If you would like to schedule an appointment, our staff will be working hard to call and rebook you.
