PINK BOOTS BREW 2021: The women of the KPU Brewing Diploma program came together for a small Pink Boots Collab Brew Day as part of an international event led by the Pink Boots Society to raise awareness and education funds for women in brewing. KPU Brew's beer, Roze Klompen, is a dry-hopped Saison brewed with a special 'Pink Boots Blend' of hops from Yakima Chief Hops, French yeast and a variety of grains for a refreshing beer with citrus and herbal aromas, and a rich, silky ...mouthfeel. Roze Klompen (Flemish for pink clogs) will be released on International Women's Day, Monday, March 8th, at Farm Country Brewing in Langley, along with other local breweries as a fundraiser for the Pink Boots Society. The KPU Brew Lab will also be selling growler fills of Roze Klompen on Friday, March 12 from 1-6 pm.
