I drove by this property today and it was great to see this 20 unit project nearing completion. I have sold this property twice in the last 3 years. Once as a vacant, boarded up retirement home that had not been occupied (legally) for many years, and last year as a vacant, site plan approved stacked townhouse development site. These units were sold as condos by a Guelph based developer.
