The catkins can be consumed as a food over long periods of time and you would get almost all the nutrients you would need. It can be used as a tonic and in a survival situation it has the potential to be a valuable resource. . First time using my beautiful new still from @iberiancoppers I decided to make a lime hydrosol since our lime tree is exploding with fruit right now. I also know that the tree has never been treated with chemicals. Got around 2.5-3 liters of hydrosol from a 5 hour run. The smell so fresh and vibrant! I have so many plans for my new toy! Built my own tincture press! Took a lot of running around to find all the pars but definitely worth it. Considering many other herb press' are hundreds of dollars this was a steal of a deal for only $60 for all the parts.

Started collecting pine pollen once again before the season is over. Pine pollen is high in amino acids and is a great androgen. The nutrients in this is very high! If you take before the spring starts it can help with seasonal allergies, but be warned it is pollen!
