NLP BRILLIANCE SQUARED TECHNIQUE Preparing for my NLP exam and going through tons of notes, I decided to share a really easy but a really powerful technique with you. The premise of NLP is that we can not control what happens to us, but we can control how we deal with it, by learning techniques that help us change the way we think and feel about ourselves and events that happen with us. And so! Brilliance Squared is a simple technique that helps you create any feeling you li...ke and trigger it in your body immediately! Building a feeling of confidence when you need it fast: Close your eyes and imagine a square in front of you. Imagine that this square is coloured in the Colour which you associate with confidence. As vividly as possible. Now imagine yourself standing in that square as you would be at your most confident, looking strong, feeling sure of yourself, feeling powerful See how you would look, notice the expression on your face, your body posture, the way you breathe, the light in your eyes, the grace and ease of all your movements, how firmly and confidently you stand on the ground, how straight and proud is your posture When the last touch of the confident image of yourself is there, on the count of three imagine stepping onto the imaginary square and INTO this imaginary you... like putting a new suit or dress on Step into that confident, powerful YOU and see through those eyes, hear through those ears and feel the feelings of the CONFIDENT YOU Ready? One....two... three... Step in, and as you do, notice yourself feeling this feeling and this colour of confidence that fills the square throughout every part of your body. Feel yourself filling up with a strong sense of confidence and strength. Spend some 30 seconds filling up with it And now step out of the square and open your eyes Look at the square from outside, intensify the Colors of confidence, feel the smell of it, broaden its borders Step back into it, breathe the confidence in, feel it through your body, make a note of how it spreads from the top of your head to your feet touching the ground Step out again and Repeat stepping into at least three times. A heart that gives thanks is a happy one. For we can not feel thankful and unhappy at the same time December 2020, the end of the most trying year for most of us ... Regardless of what we have and how we live, there has been a change that challenged everyone. ... Some became meaner and angrier. Some - better and happier, no matter the circumstances. I truly know these people. The law of attraction that I was SO skeptical about for many years and started to understand only a few years ago suddenly made full sense for me. Like Eureka! Bad emotions attract bad reality - Good emotions attract good reality. This is simple, Too simple To the point, it’s questionable for many like me before... People who I crossed paths with were different. Some neutral. Some - eternally miserable despite big wealth, some - eternally positive, Upbeat and enthusiastic, despite challenges... Intentionally? More so subconsciously, I have been comparing them to one another, thinking about what real happiness is Comparisons multiplied many, I know now without a shadow of a doubt that no Matter material wealth and its size, there is no happiness in it...comfort, freedom, possibilities- for sure! happiness -no. I also met a few of those self-made very successful AND spiritual people for who their big money is perceived as a result of lucky factors coming together, but also a resource of luck. Those people would share HOW grateful they were for what they had achieved to those who were with them along the way. Those people shared that real freedom comes from the ability to acknowledge blessings and be grateful for them. They taught me that the feeling of GRATITUDE is a HUGE RESOURCE and WAVE that brings you forward, as long as you sincerely feel the gratitude High gratitude level allows for creativity to heighten and ideas unlike others to come to mind, and get fulfilled later to reality. Because gratitude is a powerful wave that multiplies exponentially and translates to the everyday world. I have a diary where I write my gratitude notes. I include gratitude to my meditations. I am grateful for everyone who came my way for teaching me important lessons, for the ability to learn from those who are role models, and yes, to those who brought pain and through them I learned more about life and became a little smarter and a little (or a lot) stronger. This December, and every day, gratefulness would take a load off our chest and would fill out hearts with light. Because we can not feel Grateful and unhappy at the same Time. Right?

Strong women don’t have attitudes. They have standards. We are not picky. We are not snobbish and acting like we are better. We are not negative. We are not judgemental. We are not unreasonable. We simply set thé bar high. We have standards. Like in production of goods, in the quality of performance, in the level of professionalism, in the quality and taste of food, the books we read, the cloth we wear, the jokes we laugh at, etc etc etc Having an attitude and having standa...rds are two completely different things. It’s the deal -breaker approach. When we go WITH our moral norms, standards and values, and not against them to please someone. Being yourself is not an attitude! Having self-confidence and convictions isn’t attitude . We are not flawless and we don’t prétend to be. Putting ourselves and our values first, knowing our self-worth, prioritizing ourselves is never selfish. It is loving yourself first and not expecting others to compensate for the lack of this love.
