2020. What a year! The year was full of health and social concerns for us all as we navigated through Covid 19. That said, I had the honor of helping many great people with their first home, next home, cottage, investment property or to renovate their existing home. When times get tough, gratitude is something to fill your heart with. I am grateful for so much during this unprecedented year. Wishing you all a wonderful 2021. This year's 1 million dollar question. "Leo, should I break my current mortgage, pay the penalty, and take advantage of these all time low interest rates?" If your current rate is over 3%, you should definitely be finding out what the penalty is so a cost-benefit analysis can be done to see if it is worthwhile.
