These delicious lentils from France are amazing on their own, or you can use them as a side dish. We’re enjoying a a base underneath some pan-seared halibut. Certified green lentils from Berry, cooked with tomatoes, garlic, pork and duck fat. With a long shelf life they’re also a great component in an emergency kit or cabin pantry.

Beginning November 1st 2020 les amis du FROMAGE will be charging customers 10 for each bag used. We started charging for plastic bags in January of 2019. Since that time plastic bag usage has dropped dramatically, and we have not reordered any bags. We are now almost out of plastic bags and will be swapping over to paper bags only. The cost per paper bag will be 10 each.... Our goal is that you bring your own reusable bag, or don’t use one at all.
