For a wonderful family in Milton. Complete basement with custom wet bar and TV unit to match. Finished laundry room. Removed wall section by stairs and installed post, railing and spindles. Subfloor with vinyl plank flooring. LED pots throughout.

I've been waiting for things to settle down to post this but it doesn't look like that is going to happen anytime soon. I was able to finish this project just as we we asked to shut down all non-essential businesses due to COVID-19. This basement has it all. From the subfloor to the custom wet bar. Almost 1000sqft of living space completed for a wonderful family.

Due to recent global events and with the new order for closure of all non-essential businesses, we have decided to suspended all jobs until at least April 6 at which time we will need to reassess and make decisions accordingly. We are so thankful to our customers for understanding and knowing that we did not come to this decision lightly. However we believe it is not only best for our family but the right thing to do during these uncertain times. We hope everyone is healthy and doing their part to #plankthecurve

Had to share these doors. These are my favourite doors to use to keep a space feeling open but also allowing privacy when needed.

Out with the old, in with the new. Design stayed the same. Cabinets and counters installed by LEGGO kitchens.

Converted a small kitchen space into a linear kitchen that works for this family. Tons more storage with new floors, lighting, counters and back splash.

We’ve taken this kitchen apart and are starting to put it all back together.

New kitchen project we started. Old cabinets, tile and backsplash removed.

Removed 3 layers of flooring and widened the entry way into this kitchen. New vinyl plank flooring. Removed the one ceiling fixture and installed 4 LED pot lights. New cabinets to almost double the storage. Granite counters and a subway tile backsplash.

Started a reno on this kitchen here in Hamilton.

The second of two commercial jobs completed this summer. We needed to join two office spaces into one to make a large classroom area. While keeping costs down for the customer we came up with the idea of a large pass through which meant we didnt need to redo the entire ceiling.

Removed the old backsplash. Patched and repaired drywall. Installed new backsplash. We also replaced the window trim and indentified that the old undermount lighting was in need of an upgrade.

One of two commercial jobs completed this summer. This one was for a local church. They needed a room to separate two groups of kids. We were under a bit of a time crunch to get this completed within their timeline but we made it work. They wanted to complete the painting themselves.

Here is a basement space we completed a few months ago. A bedroom with vinyl plank flooring, LED pots and a large walk-in closet.

Heres another bathroom update completed in Smithville. New floors, toilet, paint and trim. Custom vanity with quartz top.

Finished up this kitchen recently. Everything new from the ground up. Under mount and in cabinet lighting. Herringbone pattern backsplash in marble. New floors paint and LED pots. What an amazing transformation. Just waiting on the custom wood top for the island.

Started this kitchen reno for a wonderful family in Binbrook.

We removed the old brick wood burning fireplace and installed a Gas burning unit courtesy of Hamilton Home Comfort. Custom built wood and tile fireplace mantle to customers request.

Customer had a new showerstall installed. We came in to finish up the space. New vinyl plank floor, patch and repair the walls and ceiling. New toilet and a custom vanity to finish it all off.

Made some progress on this fireplace.

Finished the island top install on our kitchen project. Customer ordered this beautiful piece of black walnut. It really ties all the wood tones in the rest of the home together.

Time for this wood burning fireplace to go. We will be removing the brick and installing a gas unit.

Installed this beautiful hardwood floor on the 2nd level. 4 Bedrooms and the hall in total. Removed the old parquet flooring. What a great transformation and added value to the home as well. The customer is going to stain and paint the railing and spindles and from what we have seen so far, it will be stunning.

Please remember to check your furnace exhaust and intake. Mine were both covered over. It takes two seconds when you’re out shoveling and be a good neighbour, check theirs too! Please share!

We took and unfinished townhouse basement and finished it with new insulation on exterior walls. Customer wanted a hung ceiling for future access. Carpet for the stairs and a vinyl plank floor. A large inset for the TV with an electric fireplace as the main focal point. LED pots throughout. Two piece bath with custom vanity and quartz top, all black bronze accents to match the rest of the home.

You know your customers appreciate you when it’s the last day on the job and they know it’s your birthday the next day. We are truly blessed to have some of the best customers around.

Seems like we've been doing a lot of basements lately. Here's the before on the current.

From bare bones to a complete and useful adition to their living space. We put in a sub floor with vinyl plank flooring. LED pots. Sound insulation to help reduce the noise between units. Two barn door features with complimenting black hardware.

Haven’t posted for awhile as we have been quite busy but I wanted to share this beautiful vinyl multi width plank floor we just completed on our current project.

Going to be wrapping this project up soon. Finished install of this beautiful vinyl plank floor. Great durability for homes with pets and young children.

Sometimes we get so excited about starting a new project we forget to take before pictures. 2 days in and we are really moving on this one.

Just finishing up paint in this basement project. Love these colours, and the floor and stone are really going to tie everything together!

Drywall, plumbing and electrical complete. Paint and flooring to come next!

Framing for this basement is complete and we’ve started on getting the last few items ready before drywall.

Customer waited very patiently for this custom desk! 2 thick top, distressed and stained. The back support also holds all the cords for a clean look. We completed this basement a while back and as an after thought the customer wanted something on this wall, they were right!!!

Starting a basement here in Binbrook, always nice to start with an untouched space!

When a customer is a photographer and they send you professional photos of the master bath you did for them you have to share!!!

Early morning Earth day clean up crew!

A few changes can make a big difference. We replaced 11 doors and all the trim on the upper level. Also changed the railing out to something much nicer.
