We all know that we should be sitting up straight, drinking more water, and taking regular stretch breaks... but it's easy to forget over the course of a busy day! That's where tried and true post-it notes come in - write out your important healthy reminders and stick them on your screen or around your desk, or save some paper and use your phone's reminder feature! #TuesdayTip
