Just another weekend outing at home in Alberta

Kluane Narional Park in Travel Yukon is one of those places that even when you see it, you don't believe it. Nothing could have prepared me for the scale of the landscapes there. It's like everywhere else I'd ever traveled to was just a small peice of a bigger picture. Getting into the air and experiencing Kluane from above was the first time I felt like I was looking at the whole thing.

First time fat biking this week... I'm hooked! @tourismjasper trail system is mega easy to use and we had a blast all day long touring around. I already asked Santa for skis this christmas.... is it too late to change my mind?

On my way to #Jasper I drove through this stretch of the #IcefieldsParkway when out of nowhere the wind picked up and began battering our Jeep with snow from the surrounding glaciers. Visibility went from 100 to 0 in less than a second... on my journey back through the same area, I was graced with warm and peaceful weather. The sun was rising behind Mount Athabasca so I pulled over to capture a rare moment of calm in an often volatile place in the heart of the #canadianrockies

We owe every moment of freedom in nature and society to the men and woman who have fought and died for it. May they fallen rest in peace and may the members of the CF feel our gratitude and appreciation everyday. Not just on Remembrance Day but everyday where we feel free.
