2020 YEAR END!! Durham Region experienced a 15.6% increase in average sale price compared to 2019. Units sold grew by over 21% while new listing inventory decreased by 9.5%. Northumberland County average sale price increased by 20.3% with units sold increasing by 14.4% New listing inventory dropped by 16.2% compared to 2019. ... City of Peterborough saw a 13.5% increase in average sale price and a decrease of 1.8% in units sold compared to 2019. Inventory remains low with 11.8% decline in new listings year over year. The real estate market was absolutely insane in 2020 and is still continuing to prove to be a very competitive market with our housing inventory being very low. These girls Couch cuddles has been their time with Mommy over the last four weeks. They have been so amazing and have become more independent BACK TO WORK on Monday.
