Literacy Haida Gwaii is proud to be a funder of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, a FREE book gifting program, for over 10 years. You can now join us in supporting this good cause. Every donation of $5 can foster a love of reading in preschool children and ensure that every child born on Haida Gwaii has books, regardless of their family's income. Every dollar goes directly to this program as Facebook pays the processing fees for you.
Literacy Haida Gwaii has been a community partner with the Dollywood Foundation of Canada for over 10 years. As the Haida Gwaii champion of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, we have funded this FREE monthly book program to benefit every child under 5 years for several years. To highlight our commitment to this program, we want to hear our communities' feedback. If your child had, or is receiving the Imagination Library books, please add your comment below as we want to hear your stories. Do you have any photos of your family or your child with the IL books? Send them along and let's celebrate reading and learning.
