Our young orchard continues to grow and produce more each year, and each year we have sold out, with this year as no exception. We were delighted to welcome the Ukranian community this year, and look forward to seeing you all again next year. We are feelin' the LOVE tonight! One of our very special customers from the Ukranian community gifted us some of their cherry perogies tonight! They were fresh, and still warm, meant to be eaten tonight, so we did! These are SO GOOD!!! Maybe next summer we should be hosting a Ukranian cherry festival! What do you all think?

Cherry wine jelly happened this weekend, amongst all the busyness. Cherry pit bags are also back! They are ranked #1 for hot/cold therapy, holding their heat/cold for up to 45 minutes, and they should never develop an off odor, like some other grains. Contact us to purchase one for yourself. They also make great gifts!

It was our busiest weekend ever, and the only cherries we have left are Valentines. They are excellent for preserves and juice, having excellent flavor, and they are the easiest to pick, as they are the heaviest producing variety. Likely one week left to pick!

Valentine and Cupid cherries are ready and with the beautiful weather this weekend, they're going to get better and sweeter every day. What are you doing this long weekend? Come on out and pick some cherries! Want them already picked? We can do that too!

Paint Night in the Orchard on Saturday, the 15th was again a magical evening. Our guests were so lovely and the talented Dawn Derrien taught brilliantly. It was a decadent, 6-course meal, with 5 of the dishes featuring products from our orchard. Even Argo the dog got to come along and enjoy himself!

Open Farm Days 2020 is a wrap! Hundreds more came through our farm gate and got to see prairie cherry production on a working orchard. Two new batches of kittens were the highlight for so many, and the old Ford tractor also made an appearance. Thank you to everyone who came and made the day such a success. Hope to see you next year!

Saskatoons are done. :( Unfortunately, a storm a couple nights ago stripped most of them off and they're all on the ground. We'll have to wait for next year!

Paint Night in the Orchard is this coming Saturday! Back by popular demand, there will be decadent desserts and gourmet drinks. Enjoy a magical evening of painting while overlooking the Blindman Valley, and finishing up as the sun sets. Saskatoons and cherries are ready! This is the earliest we've opened for cherries. If you're in a hurry to get picking, only Juliette is ready for picking, and every day they will get sweeter and darker. So yummy!
