Happy International Day of Yoga & Father’s Day! I’ll be celebrating this EXTRA special day by spending some one-on-one time outside with Brisbane’s amazing dad I feel very grateful to have this pair of super dudes in my life, for my own father, and for all of the dads out there just trying to teach their babies how to become the kind, loving people the world needs.

The world is still coming apart - with each breath, with each day, with each act of hate and heart - and then comes back together again, made both new and old.
