Thrill Thursday! Dinner In The Sky Serves Guests Gourmet Food While Suspended 150 Feet In The Air! As someone that's, well, terrified of heights, the thought of dangling 150 feet in the air kills my appetite. But if that actually sounds like a thing you'd want to do, Dinner in the Sky is a pop-up restaurant that is suspended from a crane.... So how does it work? Dinner in the Sky uses a "steel carrying structure" to hoist the 30-person eatery over 100 feet in the air. There's a waitstaff, alternating chefs, and great food and drink. Customers enjoy stunning views and diverse and tasty food. Could you? Would You? http://www.skydine.ca/ #thrillthursday #thrillseekers #adrenaline #adrenalinejunky #whatarush #bookwithatravelagent #memorybanktravel #letsgetaway #globetrotter #wonderfulplaces #WouldYouEver #COULDYOU

JAMAICA ANNOUNCES NEW TESTING GUIDELINES The Prime Minister of Jamaica, the Hon Andrew Holness has announced new testing guidelines for persons wishing to visit the island. These new guidelines will come into effect on October 10 and are part of our continued effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, and to protect the lives of our citizens and visitors. ... These amendments are valid up to 2020 October 31. The new guidelines are as follows: Effective Saturday, October 10 the Ministry of Health and Wellness will accept Antigen tests as well as PCR tests. All Antigen tests approved by the World health Organization/Pan American Health Organization and the FDA, will be accepted. All tests must be done at an accredited lab. Antigen tests are more accessible, costs less and the results are available in a shorter period of time. Persons living in countries designated as high risk areas will no longer be required to upload a negative test result when applying for a Travel Authorization. The negative test result will have to be shown, alongside the approved Travel Authorization, at check-in and again on arrival in Jamaica. o Both the Travel Authorization and the Test Certificate must be valid on the date of arrival into Jamaica o The Test Certificate is valid for 10 days from the date the sample was collected. o Travel Authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date of approval. o Antibody tests will NOT be accepted o Results from home-based test kits will NOT be accepted o Test results must be Negative or Not Detected Visitors are now allowed to do split stays within the Resilient Corridors While Jamaica maintains nightly limitations on movement, airport transfers within the restricted hours will not be affected. If stopped, visitors may be asked to show their flight details. For Business Travellers, nothing will change, excepting that Antigen Tests will now be accepted. Reminders: The current high risk countries are listed as Brazil, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama and the United States (all States). Monday Must Do Travel #mondaymustdotravel #Europe #wonderlust #memorybanktravel #globetrotter #visitspain #bookwithatravelagent #traveladdict Today’s featured destination is #Spain... For all the talk of Spain's history, this is a country that lives very much in the present and there's a reason 'fiesta' is one of the best-known words in the Spanish language life itself is a fiesta here and everyone seems to be invited. Perhaps you'll sense it along a crowded, post-midnight street when all the world has come out to play. Or maybe that moment will come when a flamenco performer touches something deep in your soul. Whenever it happens, you'll find yourself nodding in recognition: this is Spain. July and August are the most humid, crowded, and expensive in the coastal areas, and less crowded but uncomfortably hot and dusty in the interior. If you want to witness the Running of the Bulls or take part in any of Pamplona's raucous San Fermín festival, you'll need to be there in early July (and plan ahead for crowds). Experience Spain’s colourful pageant of art, history and culture on a Collette Tour. Set against a backdrop that spans sunny Mediterranean shores and grand mountain ranges, this stunning destination is dotted with white pueblos and groves of oranges and olives. https://www.gocollette.com//t/europe/spain/spains-classics https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2ZvJd8aDRU
