People who practice gratitude are more optimistic, more likely to ac...hieve their goals, and happier overall. The things for which you are gratefulwhether it's a good meal, a piece of music, your work, your health, a child's smile, or the beautiful tree outside your window and write. Use a journal, a social media platform or (one of my fav’s) a bathroom mirror. Try to write a few words in your journal every day, so that practicing gratitude becomes a habit -- one that will make you feel better about yourself/your surroundings and teach you to appreciate everything that comes your way.
