We are bringing back Sheena, Lana and Lisa. Combined with Chelsea, Erin and Melissa, we will have 14 online classes per week for the month of January.... . You can join individual live online classes, or sign up for monthly unlimited- access to all the live classes- plus month access to the recorded classes afterwards. . We are switching to a Mindbody only system- meaning you sign up for online classes via Mindbody, Mindbody sends you a class link- you join the live class and if you have the monthly unlimited via Mindbody you will have access to On Demand (recorded library). . It’s Back! Our holiday ‘Tree of Plenty’ . Feelin’ like we want to add some cheer and motivate clients to take care of themselves plus give to a good cause. . From December 1st to December 21st, every time:... You come to a class in studio Do an online live class Do an online on-demand class (email [email protected] every time you do an on-demand class- based on honour system!) Bring a non-perishable food item to the studio to be donated to the Saskatoon Food Bank (every item is an entry) . -Your name will be entered to pick a gift from our Tree of Plenty. . Draws to be made Mondays- December 7, 14, 21 . Potential prizes to be posted to social media. . Winners to be posted to social media. . You don’t even have to be a client of the studio to enter (or come to a class at the studio)- you can attend one of our free online 15 Minutes of Healthy Movement classes at 12:45 Tuesdays and Thursdays. OR- you can drop off a bag of items for the food bank at the studio (leave in a plastic bag on the front counter- and be sure to have your name on a sheet of paper inside the bag).

COVID inspired business idea #1: Bulk Pilates equipment purchases for online classes and at home use. . We are exploring the idea of wholesale purchases of Pilates equipment (think arc, chair and reformers) for clients to purchase (usually discount for bulk order and shipping cheaper per item.)- so clients can join us online from home. .... This could also include on demand videos, classes you could join live from home and the creation of personalized workout videos (combined with privates based upon client assessment.) . Message us if you would be interested in getting in on a bulk order for a reformer, chair or arc! . We are testing the waters with a bulk order of the BarToner. . Chelsea is very interested in using this prop while teaching an online class (starting in January). . There are currently enough clients interested in purchasing the item for the lowest price on bulk order ($32.99 plus taxes). With the recent Government of Saskatchewan restrictions- we are taking a couple days to determine our plan going forward. . Please watch our social media accounts and your email for further information. . Be safe.

If anything, COVID has enabled us to be creative. . We admit, after reading through the fine print of the Gov. of Saskatchewan latest restrictions, we thought Sweet. We don’t have to change anything!. . But, then, our social conscience kicked in and we thought just because we don’t have to change anything, doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t".... . As with all businesses currently- it is a conflict between keeping the business up and running, helping clients and meeting their needs (physical, mental and social) and thinking about safety for society. . We are mandating mask wearing through in-studio classes for the next 4 weeks (exempt if you have a health restriction such as exercise induced asthma, dizziness and certain classes such as Prenatal and cardio based classes- Jumpboard and Barre). . We realize we will likely lose a few clients (we have had clients messaging regarding this). We still love you, hope you still love us. . While we can’t make everyone happy- we can do our best to try and keep everyone safe (ourselves included). . We have also rearranged the equipment in the studio to create more space around the reformers roughly 8 rectangles of 3 meters by 4 meters. (Class size staying at 8.) . Come January, how we structure the in-studio group classes will be changing and we will be adding in new service offerings. (Watch for emails and posts about this.) . Keep safe. Keep sane. While it is beautiful....not very practical for driving. . We know you might love Pilates as much as us and try and make it to the studio for equipment classes tonight. But- we are making the call that group classes at the studio are cancelled this evening. (You don't need to get stuck on the drive over!).

Alright. We are making the call- snow day tomorrow morning. 9am and 10:10am in studio equipment classes cancelled. . BUT.... . Great time to remind everyone that we have online classes!.... . You can join via the live recording /time indicated (you sign up via Mindbody and we send you the Zoom link before class- no Zoom account required). . Online class times don't work for you? You can purchase monthly unlimited access and also get access to the recordings (we upload within 24 hours of the class. If you purchase this option, we send you an email with access links and passwords to the recorded classes.). . When there isn't 2 feet of snow on the ground, you can also join the online classes- in studio when we are recording the class! (Don't worry- you won't be on camera.)
