So I absolutely LOVE Push-ups & want to become better at them every time I do them. So today they were in the workout & well I decided to challenge myself . This was my THIRD workout of the day & for some reason I was feeling ambitious & gave a lot into this workout but growth comes when your uncomfortable & you push yourself so that's what I did. . It was FUCKING HARD, that's all I gotta say... So I did..... - As many reps as possible w/ a 10lbs weight (I did 4.5) - As many reps on knees w/ a 10lbs weight (I got 3.5) - As many reps w/ a 5lb weight (I got 2 I think) - As many reps on knees w/ a 5lb weight (I got 4.5ish) . I am proud of myself & that is all that matters. I really pushed myself today & I haven't done that in such a long time. . Progress takes time but it will come if you are working hard for it See more

Be grateful for what you have right now, & be grateful for the people you have in your life. You NEVER know what tomorrow could bring so every single day when you wake up, remind yourself to say I love you to the important people in your life, say thank you, appreciate everything you have access to & be grateful, even for the things you think don't matter that much. . Make EVERY SINGLE DAY COUNT, like It is your last. Go do that workout, eat healthy but also eat that bag of c...hips you really like, go outside, smile, spend time with the people you love & try to be as happy as you can be! . And love yourself! Be proud of who you are, be kind to yourself & take care of yourself. You are in charge of your body, & your mind & you only get one chance so give yourself all of the love you deserve .
